Swapping painting with kayaking trips!

I'm offering this painting that I did a couple of weeks ago in exchange of 2 kayaking trips with FH2o on 12th August in aid of sisuahlai's effort to raise RM5000 for charity. I'm chuffed, I'm thrilled and I can't wait to try my first kayaking experience!

So, who's the next swapper? Perhaps a little background of this painting will help...
This original watercolour painting, entitled "Tranquility @ Bako National Park", measures approximately 14" x 21".

The actual photo of this scene is taken by none other than FH2o himself at Bako National Park and I was inspired by its calm and picturesque atmosphere. However, I decided to add a boat/sampan to add more interest to the composition.

It's painted on acid-free Fabriano Artistico watercolour paper, using artist grade watercolours. As the materials I use are of archival quality, you don't need to worry about faded colours as long as you frame it properly and keep it away from sunlight. I will swap the painting without mat and frame, to reduce postage cost.

Initially, I wanted to use this painting for an exhibition in Penang this coming September but chose another painting instead so that it's available for this charity swap... so, who's next?

I look forward with pleasure to taking you and your friend kayaking through the rainforests of Sarawak next month!

Hopefully the unique scenery will inspire you to come up with another marvellous painting! :)

Thanks for the swap and I really envy the next swapper as he/she would be in possession of a 'masterpiece' painted from the heart by a talented and caring guy.
